Sunpeak Digital builds, hosts, and maintains websites and marketing systems for businesses on a monthly subscription. When you sign up, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Plans are billed monthly and run month to month with no fixed contract. You can cancel at any time, and your access to the hosted site and systems continues through the end of the period you have paid for. You own your domain name and can take it with you when you leave.
We provide the design, build, hosting, and ongoing maintenance described in your plan. We work to keep your site online and running well, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as a particular search ranking, number of leads, or revenue. Search engines and third-party platforms are outside our control.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and business details you give us, for having the rights to any logos, photos, or text you provide, and for using any messaging or calling features in line with applicable laws and carrier rules.
Subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis to the payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is resolved. Any add-on services are quoted and agreed before they are charged.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
